Terms of service
ORDER
Each order is reviewed and confirmed with the customer by a representative from Custom Spa Cover. The order will be paid in full through the Paypal payment service.
The customer is responsible for informing Custom Spa Cover of the location where they want the package delivered. Normally, the package is delivered to the customer's backyard. The customer will receive an email with a tracking number that they must check on the appropriate carrier website to confirm the package's arrival date and time.
Option 1
The order is paid in full through the Paypal payment service.
The cover goes into production with the customer's specifications.
The customer will receive an email confirming the status of the cover order and payment.
The customer will receive an email and/or a phone call to confirm the date and time of arrival of their order.
Option 2
The order is paid in full through the Paypal payment service.
The cover dimensions are sent to Custom Spa Cover and measurement confirmation is required before sending the cover into production.
Measurement confirmation can be done by email or by phone.
The customer will receive an email confirming the status of the verified cover order and payment.
The customer will receive an email and/or a phone call to confirm the date and time of arrival of their order.
Option 3
The order is submitted as a quote without payment.
A representative from Custom Spa Cover will contact the customer by email or phone to outline the full terms of the quote, clarify the order, or provide a price.
Custom Spa Cover will wait for the customer to pay the quote in full or according to the agreed terms before sending the cover into production.
The customer will receive an email confirming the status of the verified cover order and the quote payment.
The customer will receive an email and/or a phone call to confirm the date and time of arrival of their order.
WARRANTY
Custom Spa Cover covers have a limited warranty for a period of 6 years from the date of purchase (pro rata). The warranty is provided by the manufacturer. This warranty applies only to products that are defective or damaged by the manufacturer or during shipping (carrier). Photos must be sent by email showing the damaged or defective area to this address:claim@customspacover.com.
Custom Spa Cover reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if these documents are not provided, are incomplete, or are not sufficiently detailed. If, during the warranty period, the cover proves to be defective due to a material and/or manufacturing defect, our manufacturer will repair or replace your cover subject to the conditions below. Please refer to: USER GUIDE AND WARRANTY for the detailed list of exclusions and limitations.
CUSTOMS AND BROKERAGE
The cover is proudly manufactured in Canada and is therefore not subject to customs fees or brokerage charges.
PAYMENT TERMS
The order must be paid in full. Payment can be made in several simple and secure ways: online via PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Interac), or by phone with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard).
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept any cancellations or changes (colors, sizes, etc.) once an order has been paid for and confirmed. However, you may add accessories at any time.
TAXES
Since the company is based in Quebec, customers residing in the province of Quebec are required to pay TPS and TVQ on purchases. Consequently, customers in Ontario are required to pay TVH and all other Canadian provinces are only required to pay TPS on purchases.
DESIGN
We guarantee that the spa cover will be manufactured according to the measurements requested by the customer or agreed between Custom Spa Cover and the customer where applicable. However, covers are designed with a margin of error of 0.5 inch per measurement, per side. If the cover does not fit the spa properly due to a design error of 0.5 inch or less, the product cannot be corrected or returned.
