RETURNS

We guarantee that the spa cover will be manufactured according to the measurements requested by the customer or agreed upon by email or phone between Custom Spa Cover and the customer, if applicable. Each order is verified and confirmed with the customer by a Custom Spa Cover representative. Since all covers are custom-made to the customer's specifications, all sales are final. CustomSpaCover does not accept returns. 
If you wish to file a complaint about a defective product, you can do so by emailing info@customspacover.com.
