Can I buy and have a cover shipped anywhere in Canada?
Yes, we deliver throughout Canada and the United States. However, a Canadian resident must place their order on the Canadian version of our online store. The reverse is also true for an American, who must place their order on the U.S. version of the website.
Can I order only the foam or the vinyl?
Yes, no problem! You can order either the foam or the vinyl separately. You will find all the details in the order form.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Delivery is free and takes 12 to 15 business days. Our delivery partners are: UPS, The Apex Group, Sameday Righ-O-Way or private delivery.
Do I have to pay the full price of the cover when ordering?
Yes, because all covers are custom-made for each customer and therefore full payment is required when placing the order.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made in several simple and secure ways. Either online via PayPal (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Interac), or by phone with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard).
What are the weight or dimensions of the box at delivery?
The weight and dimensions vary from one cover to another, but generally the box weighs about 50 lbs and measures 8 feet by 4 feet by 12 inches.
I don't know how to measure my spa?
Call us toll-free at 1 (888)514-7727! We have a very large inventory of sizes from various brands and models. In addition, we can offer you technical support. We also invite you to visit the "Practical Information" section of our site; there you'll find videos and downloadable materials to guide you in taking your measurements.
Can I order a spa cover that fits perfectly over the speakers (speaker) on my spa?
Yes, one of the steps in the order form is specifically reserved for cutouts in the corners of the cover to accommodate the speakers (speaker). A help sheet to download and print is also available under the nail
Was my cover damaged during delivery?

Can I order only the items, such as a spa lever or a cushion?
No, unfortunately to take advantage of our offer on spa items you must order a cover, a foam, or a vinyl.
Do I need to be at home during delivery?
No, the delivery driver will leave the package in the backyard near your spa. Just make sure it is accessible. Also, with the tracking number we will provide by email, you can plan when your package will be delivered.
Will my current lever fit your cover?
Yes, provided that your current lever is not directly attached to the cover. Please note that it is also possible to add a reinforcement to protect your new cover from wear that may be caused by the lever’s crossbar. You will find all the details in the online order form.
Can I get a cover even if my spa has an irregular shape or if my spa is larger than 8 pieds by 8 pieds?
Yes — for exceptional cases we work on a quotation basis. Send us photos and the dimensions of your spa or cover and we can provide the price and the steps to follow to order your new cover.
Do I need to measure the cover or the spa?
It's best to measure the spa to avoid any mistakes.
Is measuring the radius (corner) important?
Yes, without this measurement it is impossible to manufacture a cover that will fit your spa perfectly. In the "Practical information" section you will find the radius chart; a sheet to download and print that will help you measure the radius
Can I decide the placement of the straps?
Yes, when you place your order, you will be able to specify the exact size of the straps.
