Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Delivery is made by an independent courier company chosen by the manufacturer (UPS, The Apex Group, SamedayRigh-O-Way, or private delivery). Custom Spa Cover is not responsible for any delivery issues. Spa covers are designed within 15 business days and delivered within 3-4 weeks. During peak periods, this time frame may extend to up to 6 weeks.If the order is delayed for any reason, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. The customer will be notified of the package delivery date with a tracking number sent by email. The customer is responsible for checking this tracking number on the delivery company's website and following up. Upon delivery, the customer must sign the delivery slip if they are at home. If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the cover will be left on the side of the house or in the backyard without a signature required.
TRACKING
Custom Spa Cover will email a tracking number to the address provided when purchasing the cover. Please note that if you have a spam filter,it is important to check it to see if your confirmation email is in it.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the spa cover is damaged during delivery, please notify your dealer or any other representative at Custom Spa Cover within 48 hours or within the first 30 days for a defective accessory. Photos must be emailed showing the damaged or defective area to this address: info@customspacover.comAfter this period, Custom Spa Cover reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage. Missing items must also be reported to Custom Spa Cover at the toll-free number 1 (888) 898-7727.
