The reinforced support bar combines galvanised C-shaped steel and expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. It is designed to support a static weight of up to 275 lb, providing reliable resistance to snow accumulation and increased safety around children and pets.

This cover is ASTM F1346-23 certified for reliable performance and long-lasting protection every day.

What happens if the cover doesn't fit?

We make the cover according to the given dimensions. If the dimensions received are not the ones ordered, a new cover will be sent. There is a material margin of error of 0.5'' on possible measurements. If the dimensions received are the ones ordered, including the margin of error, the cover cannot be returned or refunded. In that situation, contact the Custom Spa Cover team as soon as possible to see how we can assist you in this unfortunate circumstance.
