Do the Spa Covers Have a Warranty?
What are the Details of the Standard Warranty?
Custom Spa Cover covers have a 6-year limited warranty, starting from the purchase date. This warranty covers only water saturating the inner layers. There is also a first-year warranty fully covering manufacturing defects and/or defects in the material or workmanship. Custom Spa Cover will, upon inspection and determination of the validity of the claim, either repair or replace the spa cover based on the following pro-rata basis:
- Within the first year from the date of purchase: No charge
- 2nd year: replacement charge is 50% of the purchase price + freight
- 3rd year: replacement charge is 60% of the purchase price + freight
- 4th year: replacement charge is 70% of the purchase price + freight
- 5th year: replacement charge is 80% of the purchase price + freight
- 6th year: replacement charge is 90% of the purchase price + freight
If the spa cover is found to be damaged at the time of delivery, please contact your vendor or a customer service representative at Custom Spa Cover within 48 hours. After 48 hours, Custom Spa Cover reserves the right to refuse guarantee claims. The guarantee does not apply to breakage due to normal usage including cracked vinyl, perforated foam, negligence, overuse of chemical agents, and unusual weather conditions. If during the period of the guarantee, the cover is found to be defective due to a defect in manufacture and/or material; our manufacturer will follow up with a repair or replacement as per the conditions described below. Please refer to the instructions regarding security and maintenance to prolong the life of your cover.
